Builds the product
Twenty-five years in software, most recently leading 650 consultants building and testing AI systems. He still writes the code.

Runs Singapore
The one you'll meet in Singapore. She keeps asking the questions that matter: would this actually work for a restaurant? Would the team understand it? Would a guest notice the difference?
Anna
Runs Vietnam
Builds out the Vietnam side of the business, and keeps asking the question that matters most: would a normal person understand this?
Poppy
The AI that does the paperwork
Not a person, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Poppy drafts, files and chases inside our own business. It is also how we know what this software is actually like to live with.
