Let guests book directly
Your own bookable page, on your terms and your caps, with no commission per cover.
Why it matters
The problem it solves
Bookings come through somebody else's platform, on somebody else's rules, with a fee on every cover and the guest's details held somewhere you cannot reach.

An example exchange on your own booking page
Hi, you're chatting with an AI assistant. I can check what's free and take a booking for you.
When's the next Friday you have room for four between 7 and 9?
Friday 5 September, 19:30 or 20:45. The Friday after that has 19:00. Would you like me to make a booking for you?
19:30 please.
Lovely. I need a name, a mobile number and an email address to confirm it, and I'll hold the table while you type.
An example, not a live availability check. The agent answers from your diary, your covers and your rules.
How it works
Three steps, in the order they happen
Your page, your rules
Your hours, your covers, your booking policies, your promotions.
It answers while it books
The same agent that handles enquiries handles the questions on the page.
You keep the relationship
The booking and the guest's details are yours.
What you get
What changes
- No commission per cover.
- Your own promotions on your own page, at the slot level.
- One place where hours and policies are true, instead of four that disagree.
Being straight with you
What it does not do
- This one replaces a system you already run, so it phases in carefully rather than switching over on a Friday. We would not ask you to move until it has been running alongside long enough for you to trust it.
- It does not plug into the booking system you use today. There are no direct integrations with those products yet, so bringing your history across means exporting a report from your current system. We scope that with you before anyone commits.
