Keep on top of reviews

See new reviews as they come in, understand which ones need attention and get a response ready for your team to review. OrdersUp helps your team keep up with reviews across your review sites, while making sure sensitive or serious feedback goes to a person.

Why it matters

Don't let reviews pile up

Reviews arrive whenever they arrive. The good ones can go unanswered, while a serious complaint might not be seen until much later.

OrdersUp helps your team see what's coming in, understand what needs attention and keep your responses consistent, even when the team is busy.

See it in action

See how it works

We've built a mock-up to show how review monitoring and responses could work for a venue. It is a concept, not the live OrdersUp console.

How it works

Three simple steps

It watches your reviews

OrdersUp checks your Google listing every day and tells your team when new reviews have landed. It records that something has changed rather than copying your reviews into our system.

It identifies what needs attention

A serious complaint, an allergy-related comment or a potential legal issue is treated differently from a simple comment about the service.

It prepares the response

For routine reviews, AI prepares a response for your team to review, written from your venue's own information. Sensitive or serious issues are passed to a person instead.

What you get

What changes

  • One place to keep track of reviews, so important feedback is less likely to be missed.
  • Responses ready for your team to review, rather than starting from scratch every time.
  • Serious issues highlighted quickly, so the right person can deal with them.
  • A consistent voice across your responses, while your team remains in control.

Being straight with you

What it does and does not do

  • What is running today is the watching. The daily check on your Google listing is built. The grading and the drafted responses are what the mock-up shows, and what we would build with you.
  • It doesn't post without your approval. Your team decides what gets published.
  • It doesn't respond to sensitive issues. Allergies, serious complaints and legal concerns go to a person instead.
  • The example you see is a concept. The mock-up is just a concept, and there is an opportunity to design this one together: tell us how your team would want it to work and that is what we would build.
