Track where your bookings come from
See which campaigns, promotions, posts and links actually bring guests through the door, not just likes and clicks. OrdersUp connects your bookings to the campaign that brought the guest to you, so you can see what is actually working.
Why it matters
Know what is actually filling your tables
You run a promotion. It gets plenty of likes and engagement. But did it actually bring anyone through the door?
Without connecting your marketing activity to real bookings, it's hard to know what is working and what isn't.

A mock-up of the Campaigns view: what each campaign brought in, counted as bookings that actually happened rather than clicks. The figures here are an example.
How it works
Three simple steps
Give each promotion its own link or code
Each campaign gets a unique way for guests to book, so you can tell which promotion brought them in.
The booking carries that information
When a guest books, the campaign is recorded with the booking. You're measuring bookings, not just clicks.
See the covers each campaign brings in
See which promotions, channels and links are actually filling tables, so you can make better decisions about where to spend your time and money.
What you get
What changes
- Real covers against each promotion, rather than likes or impressions.
- A clearer picture of what's working, so you can put more effort behind the things that convert.
- A way to spot what's not working, before you keep spending time or money on it.
- Better marketing decisions, based on actual bookings rather than guesswork.
Being straight with you
What it does and does not do
- It needs your own booking page. The campaign has to be carried through to the booking itself, so this one depends on 'Let guests book directly' being in place first.
- It measures bookings, not individual people. The focus is on which campaigns generate bookings and covers, not on tracking individual guests.
- It's not about measuring likes. Engagement can be useful, but the number that matters here is whether it actually helped fill a table.
